Ocean Jasper Pendant Necklace | Wire Wrapped Orbicular Jasper in Copper

Handcrafted with a colorful natural Ocean Jasper cabochon and pure copper wire, this one of a kind pendant showcases the unusual orbicular patterns that make Ocean Jasper one of the most sought-after jaspers among collectors and crystal lovers alike.

This particular stone features rare green orbs scattered across creamy tan and golden jasper, with beautiful areas of yellow, orange, brown, olive green, and mossy green blending together like an abstract landscape painting. Tiny orbicular formations appear throughout the stone, creating new details to discover every time you look at it.

Ocean Jasper is found only in a small area of Madagascar and is prized for its distinctive orb patterns, earthy colors, and highly varied appearance. No two pieces are ever exactly alike, making each Ocean Jasper pendant completely unique.

In crystal healing, Ocean Jasper is often associated with joy, emotional balance, mindfulness, and living in the present moment. I tend to think of it as a stone that encourages appreciation for life's small moments and helps bring a little more lightness and optimism into everyday life. It is a stone I often associate with emotional resilience, patience, and finding beauty in imperfect things.

This pendant is completely one of a kind and has been wrapped entirely in pure copper wire. The stone is polished on both sides, so the back of the pendant is just as beautiful as the front. The copper has been oxidized and polished to highlight the wire work, then lightly darkened in selected areas to create depth and bring out the warm colors in the stone. It has been protected with Renaissance Wax to help preserve the finish.

All materials are hypoallergenic and nickel free.

If you would like to add a matching necklace, I offer an optional high quality adjustable satin slipknot cord or a handcrafted antiqued copper chain. The cord ends are melted into neat balls, and Hypo Cement is injected into the knots to help keep them secure. My copper chains are assembled by hand using nickel free, hypoallergenic materials. The chain links are soldered for strength, and the clasp and extender chain are connected with custom wire wrapped links accented with coordinating beads.

Copper chains include a 3 inch extender chain. Please select the shortest length you would like the necklace to hang, and you will be able to lengthen it by up to 3 inches. The most commonly selected length for my pendants is 17 inches.

My normal shipping turnaround is 1–3 business days. Please allow an additional 2–3 business days if you order a cord or chain so I can create and attach it for you.

This pendant will be shipped from my non-smoking studio in scenic Union, Washington with a cloth jewelry satchel and a surprise gift.
