Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting my one-person shop! Every piece of jewelry I sell is handmade by me, from designing and crafting to finishing. Many of the stones I use are ones I’ve personally found and cut, making each piece a unique, one-of-a-kind creation. For my print-on-demand items, I work with trusted production partners both in the US and abroad to bring my original designs to life. These partners help me manufacture and ship these items so I can focus on creating my jewelry and art, designing unique products, and serving you. 

Production Times

  • Handmade Jewelry: All of my jewelry is crafted by hand. Completed orders are typically ready to ship within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Made-to-order items require 2–3 weeks to produce.
  • Print-on-Demand Products: These items are made-to-order and generally take 5–7 business days to produce, but can be up to 10 days. Production times vary depending on the item.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the type of product:

  • Jewelry:

    • Shipped from the United States, jewelry orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping for US-based customers. 
    • Please allow extra time for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
    • For international orders, jewelry usually arrives within 10–14 business days after shipping.

  • Print-on-Demand Products:

    • US-Based Orders: Many print-on-demand items for US customers are produced and shipped within the United States and usually arrive within 3–7 business days after production.
    • Please allow extra time for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
    • International Orders: Items shipped internationally may take 8–15 business days after production, depending on the destination. Some products are only made in certain countries, which may affect delivery times.

Additional Information

  • If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages as they are fulfilled from different locations.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Tracking information will be provided for each item as it ships, so you can monitor its journey.

Customs, Duties & U.S. Tariffs

Many of my products are made in different locations depending on the manufacturer, and some may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are beyond my control and are the responsibility of the buyer.

For U.S. customers, new tariff policies may affect certain imports, including my handbags, which are exclusively made in China. If tariffs resume, this could result in additional customs fees or delays. At this time, these specific tariffs have been paused, but I will continue monitoring the situation and update my policies accordingly.

I choose my suppliers carefully to ensure quality, affordability, and ethical production. Unfortunately, vegan leather handbags made through print-on-demand using print, then cut and sew techniques are only available from China, as no cost-effective alternatives currently exist elsewhere. If that ever changes, I will absolutely explore other options!
