Thank you for choosing to support my small business! Please read this policy carefully to ensure you understand the terms regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Order Cancellations

All items are made to order. Once your order has been processed and production has begun, cancellations are not possible. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of my products, refunds and exchanges are not offered for items that are accurately produced and shipped. However, I am committed to your satisfaction and will address issues on a case-by-case basis for the following concerns:

  • Items that are defective or damaged during shipping.
  • Items that were not produced as described in the product listing.

If an issue arises, I will work with my production partner to ensure the problem is resolved, including offering a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please note:

  • Some items are produced and shipped from overseas (e.g., China). Production and shipping times may vary and typically take 8–15 business days for shipping from international locations after production is completed. 
  • Items produced in the U.S. will have shorter shipping times.
