Carnelian Pendant Wire Wrapped Copper Necklace | Natural Orange Carnelian Jewelry | Handmade Gemstone Pendant

This one of a kind carnelian pendant features a natural orange carnelian gemstone wrapped in pure copper wire with flowing Art Nouveau inspired swirls and an earthy antiqued finish.

The warm orange color of the stone ranges from soft peach to rich sunset orange, creating a cheerful and energetic focal point. The whimsical wirework was created freehand, making this pendant completely unique and impossible to duplicate exactly.

Handcrafted entirely from copper wire, this pendant is naturally nickel free and a wonderful option for many people with metal sensitivities.

The copper has been oxidized and polished to highlight the details of the wirework and create a rustic, aged appearance. The result is a warm, earthy piece that pairs beautifully with both casual and dressy styles.

I offer a high quality adjustable satin slipknot cord or a handcrafted antiqued copper chain. The cord ends are finished and sealed, and Hypo Cement is injected into the knots to help keep them secure. My handcrafted copper chains use nickel free and hypoallergenic materials throughout. The jump rings are hammered for strength and filed flush to help prevent slippage.

Copper chains include a 3 inch extender chain. Please select the shortest length you would like your necklace to hang, and you will be able to lengthen it by up to 3 inches. The most commonly selected length for my pendants is 17 inches.

Please allow an additional 2–3 business days if you order a cord or chain so I can create and attach it.

This pendant will be shipped from my nonsmoking studio in scenic Union, Washington with a jewelry storage pouch, protective packaging, and a surprise gift.

Carnelian is a variety of chalcedony in the quartz family with a Mohs hardness of 7. It has been prized throughout history for its rich orange and reddish-orange colors.
